Ceramic and porcelain tile installations require properly prepared substrate — typically a cement board or uncoupling membrane system — to prevent the cracking that follows when tile is set directly on a subfloor that flexes under load. We assess the existing subfloor deflection, install the appropriate setting bed, and set tile with correctly sized trowels and full mortar coverage behind every piece to eliminate hollow spots that crack under point loads.

Epoxy floor coatings have grown significantly in demand across New Jersey garages, basements, and utility spaces. A properly applied epoxy system requires mechanical surface preparation — grinding or shot-blasting to open the concrete pores — followed by primer, base coat, broadcast flake or solid color, and a clear topcoat.
